3-5 weekly resistance workouts and stage training cardio plans based on clients goals and time.
Access to my NEW workout app to be able to view your customized plan on my “Little Lifting Lex” App!! You will have your own client view and it will be different than the “Lift With Lex” month to month subscription. You’ll have your own client dashboard with a built in calendar of suggested reps/sets/ cardio protocols. You can choose the app to view workouts in which includes a built in timer, way to track weight progression each week to ensure you’re gaining strength, and exercise demo videos.
Check ins as needed based on workout recovery, questions on form etc.
Training clients are allowed to submit form videos to me if they need feedback.
Access to my direct WhatsApp as-needed basis (24/7 access to me).
