For those who hate pre-logging their food into tracker apps, get macro anxiety... hate playing that Tetris game to zero out each macro.
Those who don’t want to take the time or energy to figure out what to eat next.
Those who just want simple, easy meals and snacks and won’t have to second guess what exactly to eat and if it will fit into their plan.
$50 per week - you can pay week to week. Once you purchase again, I will get to make your new plan right away. or you can choose $200 per month on top of the current program with me!
I will ask for 3 days of current eating schedule / foods so I get a baseline of what a normal day looks like!
Includes customized meal plans (2-3 options) based on current set macros.
Grocery list of what you need
Exactly what to track / measure out
I will ask for food allergies, fav foods, foods you dislike, lifestyle (eating out/ take out) etc
Are you having to cook for yourself, a partner, or a family?
Grocery budget if you have one
Meal timing: how many meals / snacks you prefer
Drinks (alcohol, coffee creamers, soda, etc), anything that contains calories
Sweet over savory
Smaller more frequent meals (eating 5-6 times a day) or bigger more filling meals (3 times a day)
To conclude, you will receive 2 - 3 options to choose from with the same macros in each just variations of foods so you don’t get bored! So that’s every WEEK. You will get a new “meal plan” and can alter foods / info you give me so that I can better help create a plan you can BEST adhere to!
I will send you a plan the Saturday or Sunday before the next week, so you're able to grocery shop and meal prep.
The document will include the exact Oz, ml, grams of each ingredient, and macro breakdown of each meal/ snack.
This program is perfect for those who are new to tracking macros or those who just need accountability and a bit more structure with what they are eating!
I will also include my “Macro Guide for Beginners” so you're able to find out more about calories, each macro nutrient, the breakdown, tips for eating out, weighing accurately, sharing my knowledge and experiences through 35 pages!
