Master Your Macros - 6 Weeks Group Coaching

Post summer and before the holiday season starts, this group would be beneficial if you are new to tracking and or want to fine tune your skills, develop good habits and feel more confident!

What’s included:

  • A customized macro plan to best suit your goals / lifestyle.

  • Weekly protocol to follow, including steps & cardio based on goals.

  • Custom Excel tracker to monitor trends and keep track of progress.

  • A check-in at the half-way mark (3rd week), using your tracker data to asses progress + make any adjustments needed to finish out the final 3 weeks strong. 

  • Access to group members MFP dairy to look at food when needed to give tips / swaps / additions to add to better hit specific macros given.

  • Weekly lessons with many hours of video training on macros, micronutrients, fiber, tracking and eating out tips, pre and post workout nutrition and more…

  • Weekly Q&A lives with both coaches.

  • A discussion thread with accountability checks with both coaches and other members to increase community and learn from eachother.

  • Along with the educational coursework, you do have access to our grocery staples spreadsheet, hormone health, eating out, sleep/recovery and macro guides.

  • Ending the 6 weeks, you’ll get a continued fat-loss plan, reverse diet and or projected maintenance numbers to get to on your own.

  • Option to upgrade to 1:1 coaching at a discounted rate.

FAQs

  • Yes, we love supporting our women in any stage of life. You'll get customized macros dependent on the questionnaire that you fill out and access to both coaches that can help with specific protocols to best fit your needs.

  • Yes, you will have 24/7 access to BOTH coaches and the community of women joining you in this session for guidance and accountability. We will have a discussion thread in the platform that the coursework and resources are housed so we can come together as a community. Week 3, will be a half way check-in to assess progress and make adjustments with nutrition, cardio / step protocols.

  • That is even better that you have normal “life things” come up during this session. Allison and I will work with you navigating your goals into your lifestyle so you don't feel restricted but confident to tackle the circumstances. The best time to start a new plan is when your busy so you can learn how to balance your goals with your lifestyle.

  • This is nutrition only but we will be giving you specific step and cardio goals along with training advice / suggestions to better reach goals dependent on nutritional phase we put you in! I, Lexi, will offer you a discount to join my “Lift with Lex” monthly subscription app for group workouts that I design, if you want a bit more structure.

  • YES! We encourage all levels to join, as we have weekly coursework with education on what are macros, micros, nutrient timing, tips on tracking, eating out, peri workout nutrition, etc… We want to help you fine tune your tracking and or teach you the foundation to have the confidence to be able to go off on your own.

  • They will be recorded then added to the platform with other coursework / resources to reefer back to. The coursework goes week to week with lives every week so if you stay on top of the weekly education and miss the live on that weeks course work, no biggie, you can catch up!
