BBQ Chicken Pizza

BBQ chicken or pizza? Why choose? This lavash pizza combines two favorites and macro-friendly!

Great lunch/dinner idea!

Ingredients:

-1 full Josephs Lavash bread (found at Walmart) or can use any flatbread

-1/4 cup or 28g fat free mozzarella or cheese of choice

-1 bell pepper (about 100-150g) & half a sweet yellow onion (75g)

-3 oz of chicken (I prepped shredded chicken in my instant pot)

-60g G Hugh’s SF BBQ sauce

Details:

-Preheat oven to 350F. You can pre-crisp your lavash by putting in the oven at 350F on a baking sheet for 5 minutes.

-Cut into strips the bell pepper & sweet yellow onion, air fry at 400 for 10 min with avocado/olive oil spray.

-Place lavash on a baking sheet and spread the BBQ on to coat evenly. Top with 1/2 of the cheese, chicken and cooked pepper/ onion. Top with remaining cheese. This helps hold the toppings down.

-Bake at 350F for 5 minutes until the cheese has melted. Broil at the end to get nice and crispy edges. Be careful not to burn.

Drizzle with ranch, add cilantro or leave plain bc I had neither on hand 😆

Macros will change depending on ingredients you use! To increase fats, you could add avocado, 2% / full fat cheese, or ranch on top… options are endless!
