MY DEATZ:

One cut da carb flatbread

TJ fat free pizza sauce (1/4 cup)

TJ diary - free almond mozzarella cheese (1/4 cup)

Air fried sweet yellow onion (just used half of it)

Fresh basil to top

You can be as creative as you like and add any toppings you desire from: jalapeños, olives, pepperoni, onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, pineapple, chicken, ect.

If you’re including additional veggies like bell peppers, or mushrooms it’s a good idea to cook them before adding to your pizza. These vegetables contain a lot of water and it’s best to cook the water out before placing them on the pizza to avoid a soggy pizza.

Instructions:

I air fried half a sweet yellow onion at 400 for 6 min with olive oil spray (optional).

Preheat oven to 400 and placed the flatbread on the oven rack to cook for 1 min on each side.

Remove from oven, and I piled everything on top of the rectangle flatbread (minus basil) and baked for 5-8 min. Topping with fresh basil, red pepper flakes and Flavor God Italian Zest seasoning.

FYI this cheese is SO GOOD!
