Sweet Potato “fries” with Sriracha Aioli

One of my favorite kitchen appliances I use daily … if you don’t have an air fryer, your missing out! It cooks things SO quickly and makes anything taste good! Perfectly crisp ;)

Ingredients for the “fries”:

I used an organic sweet potato

~ fun fact, organic sweet taters are sweeter!!!

Coconut oil spray to air fry them

Garlic powder & Pink salt for seasoning

For the Sauce:

1/2 cup page plain 0% yogurt

~ you can use mayonnaise here or full fat greek yogurt, but I personally wanted to keep fats lower so I used fat free yogurt.

2 TB G Hugh’s SF Ketchup

2 tsp sriracha

~ gives it a nice kick ;)

— Macros for the whole yogurt recipe : (0 fat/6.5 carb/ 12 protein)

Chop your sweet potato into thick wedges and toss them with coconut oil spray and any seasonings your heart desires! I love adding pink salt and garlic to everything.

Place into your air fryer @ 350 for 12 minutes then took the basket out to “shake” this will help evenly crisp them. Turned it back on for 8-10 minutes @ 400 until they are browned to your liking.

If you don’t have an air fryer… you can roast them in the oven @ 425 for 20-25 minutes.

While thats cooking, make the sauce. Pour everything into a little bowl & mix! You can taste it to see if you want more spice or not.

Serve along side of the sweet tate “fries”!!! Enjoy! You may have extra aioli, thats okay, save it for later!
