4-Week Exercise Block
1 month training block that’s at home friendly!
Equipment needed: DBs, bench/ chair/ step/ ottoman, resistance band
4 day split: 2 upper & 2 lower body day workouts
Each workout has video demos of me performing the exercise, with helpful form tips/ cues that are linked in the plan that take you to YOUTUBE.
It is all electronic & can easily be downloaded and saved to your “Notes” section on your phone.
No check ins or accountability, just the template given.
Pay as low as $7 a week for 4 weeks to get a solid training block to keep you motivated, even if your working out from home! That’s only $2.25 per workout (4x a week)!! $36 total
If you want customized cardio thrown in, I can add that to your plan for that month for $45 total.
If you’re a returning “monthly workout only client” I will send you another new program 4 weeks after you start the 1st block!
