1 day a week check-ins, on Wednesdays.
Tracking progress with bi-weekly measurements & progress photos along with daily weigh-ins.
Customized macros at the beginning before you start based on goals.
Macros to take with you after the 8 weeks - reverse plan moving forward or continuing with cutting numbers.
I can look at your current training schedule to make tweaks on that if need be, add cardio to amp up fat loss, increase steps, etc.
Group ZOOM calls once a week or weekly filmed videos of questions you all have for me, I can answer in further detail.
Access to Whatsapp, how I connect with current 1:1 clients, giving audio feedback with 24/7 access to me, with any questions/ concerns. You will be able to download that app from your iPhone & that is how we will communicate mainly, also through email if preferred.
Giveaway at the end to the client who has seen the most progress.
