Chocolate Protein Cake
CHOCOLATE CAKE :
90 grams pumpkin puree (or can use sweet potato pure or apple sauce)
50 grams liquid egg whites
2-3 grams sf pudding mix (I love the chocolate for this recipe)
26 grams protein powder (my fav is 1st Phorm Vanilla Milkshake for baking)
5 grams HIIT nutrition black cocoa (a must for a “brownie like / oreo tasting cake”)
1/2 tsp baking powder
A couple drops of liquid stevia (I use chocolate stevia drops)
~ Mix dry ingredients & wet in separate bowls then combine ~
~ Let sit for 5 min (to thicken) while oven preheated to 350 ~
~ Pour into a coconut oil sprayed mini ramekin or bowl ~
~ Bake for 15-20 min or until toothpick comes out clean ~
This is the exact recipe as the protein cookies I am obsessed with! The only difference is that I would use a watermelon scooper to make 6 perfectly sized cookies onto parchment paper & bake them for 12 minutes instead of in a small dish! Both are great but this cake is so CUTE & PERF !!!
