Cinnabun Cauliflower Gnocchi

Air fried cauliflower gnocchi – crisp on the outside, soft on the inside.  Rolled around in a cinnamon sugar coating.  Dunked into a sweet and smooth vanilla glaze!!!

Ever since I tried cauliflower gnoochi in the air frier, I have been obsessed! I knew I wanted to play around with some other good air fried recipes with this gnocchi for ya.  And this time I decided to go the sweet route.  I love this cinna bun air fried cauliflower gnocchi because it is basically like eating a warm cinnamon roll that is bite sized, easy to whip up, and way healthier.

I use a traditional cinnamon sugar coating on here and there is powdered sugar in the glaze!

DEATZ:

1 bag of Trader Joe’s cauliflower gnocchi

1/3 cup cinnamon sugar (I made my own) but can use a mix of brown sugar/ stevia or coconut sugar

Homemade cinnamon sugar:

I took Ceylon cinnamon and granulated stevia (or truvia) and mixed the two. Half & half in an old spice jar!

Glaze:

1 TB Swerve Powder Sugar (healthier powder sugar)

1 TB almond milk

Instructions:

For best results, I have found that using the air fryer, rather then baking or pan searing the gnocchi turns out best! It is crispy and not soggy.

I air fry them FROZEN with no spray @ 400 for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.

Remove from air fryer once crispy, spray with coconut oil spray and roll in cinnamon sugar mixture in a small plate/bowl.

To make the glaze, stir the powder sugar and cashew milk until the sugar is dissolved.

DIP, and or DRIZZLE & ENJOY!!!

For the gnocchi I used 1 serving (140 grams)= 22c/3f/2p
