Collagen Brownies
These brownies are fudgy and delicious and the perfect sweet treat to indulge in, macro friendly and high protein! I added chocolate collagen from 1st Phorm that is great for keeping joints, skin and hair healthy!
Ingredients:
~ 100 grams collagen (3/4 cup) (I used the chocolate flavor)- I would only use collagen, as I have not tried it with other protein powders like whey or vegan.. it make change the texture when they are done cooking.

~ 122 grams of egg whites
~ 112 grams (1/2 cup) of nut butter (I used cashew butter from AD)

~ 1/2 tsp baking soda
~ 40 grams (1/2 cup) Hershey’s special dark cocoa
~ 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
~ 60 ml almond milk (1/4 cup) I used unsweetened vanilla silk almond milk
~ 112 grams cashew butter (1/2 cup) I used One Tough Cookie from American Dream- can use any nut butter here
~ 31 grams mini M&Ms or chocolate of choice
