Cut Da Carb Nachos

DEATZ:

I use Cut Da carb flatbread as the base for my chips! (found on their website) 

Macros for 1 flatbread: 80 calories (14 carbs, .5 fat, 4 protein)

I air fry 1 whole flat bread that I cut into squares- spray with coconut oil spray

@375 for 7 min

Toppings:

Ground chicken (I always have extra lean ground chicken & turkey prepped)

Air fried bell pepper @425 for 16 min - sprayed with coconut oil spray & season after

Roasted sweet yellow onions and mini pearly tomatoes 

Butter lettuce

Fresh cilantro & or chopped green onions

Fresh salsa

Trader Joe's Queso for drizzle

Perfect dinner or lunch to throw any prepped food onto while still curbing those carb cravings!!!

Macros for the entire plate of nachos is unreal: but will depend on how much of the above ingredients you use. This is just to give you an idea...(Carbs 4.8, Fat 1.6, protein, 16.7)
