Protein Pumpkin Cookies

DEETS:

90 grams pumpkin puree (can use sweet potato or banana pure too)

50 grams egg whites

Liquid stevia drops to taste or a sweetener packet

2-4 grams sf pudding mix (I love cheesecake, or the chocolate one)

1 tsp baking powder

26 grams of protein powder (I use Level-1 Cinnamon Cookie Batter, or Vanilla)

Chocolate version, I add in 4 grams of HIIT nutrition jet black cocoa which makes them more like OREO cookies!

But you don’t have to add that… the flavor will be whatever protein powder you choose. 

Preheat the oven to 350.

Use parchment paper on a baking sheet, spray with coconut / avo spray.

The KEY is using a watermelon scooper for the best, round, little cookies.

Or just plop cookies (a spoonful) onto the sheet, makes 6

-Bake for 11-12 minutes
