Healthy, High Protein, “Buttercream” Frosting
Are you drooling yet?!
This Vanilla milkshake protein, cream cheese frosting will curb that sweet tooth & it’s guilt free!
{Ingredients}
~ 8 grams of 1st Phorm vanilla milkshake level-1 protein
~ 2 tablespoons whipped Greek yogurt cream cheese (from Kroger)
~ 4 grams of sf vanilla pudding mix
~ vanilla creme liquid stevia (a few drops)
~ splash of water to thin, but don’t add too much bc you want it like “frosting” consistency
Mix & chill in the fridge to thicken!!
I put them on my pumpkin protein cookies & it tasted like a real buttercream cookie~ sooo delish!!!
Created my own “recipe” in myfitnesspal & this is just ONE serving… your welcome to double or triple the ingredients to make a bigger batch.
