Egg White Waffles
In order to be in that anabolic (fat burning state) all day long you need to be consuming protein every 2-3 hours..
Ideally eating whole foods with a palm-size serving of protein!
Carbs and fats are low during my cutting phase currently… so these egg white “waffles” are PERF!

I used 3 servings (138 grams) of egg whites= 15 grams of protein, a squirt of vanilla liquid stevia
It made 3 mini, fluffy egg white waffles!
I drizzled with my favvvv sf syrup & cinnamon/stevia
Topped with Lions Iced Cinnamon roll powder peanut butter (lower in fat & high protein)
