Cut Da Carb Nachos

High protein, low carb, macro friendly, “NACHOS”

Yes you heard that right!!!

My quick, go to dinner that I have been loving when carbs are lower in my current fat loss phase but I still get the salty muchies!! 

dEATZ:

I use Cut Da carb flatbread (press underlined words to get to the site) as the base for my chips! (found only online)

Macros for 1 flatbread: 80 calories (14 carbs, .5 fat, 4 protein)

I air fry 1 whole flat bread that I cut into squares- spray with olive oil spray

@365 for 4 min OR the stove top version is a spray a skillet with olive oil spray, and cut the flatbread up into squares, sprinkle with pink salt and cook on medium heat, flipping every few minutes until golden brown.

Toppings:

Ground chicken (I always have extra lean ground chicken & turkey prepped)

Air fried bell pepper & sweet yellow onion @425 for 16 min - sprayed with olive oil spray & season after

Butter lettuce

Fresh cilantro & or chopped green onions

Fresh salsa

Siete foods Cashew Queso (dairy free) for drizzle (2 fat per two TB)- found at Whole Foods


Macros for entire plate of nachos is unreal:

(Carbs 25g, Fat 12.9g, protein 19g)- depending on the amount of meat you add for protein & what veggies you choose!

Perfect dinner or lunch to throw any prepped food onto while still curbing those carb cravings!!!
