Egg White Proats
1/2 cup oats
1 cup cashew milk
1/3 cup egg whites
A dropped of liquid stevia
Half scoop protein (my fav is 1st phorm) - which is a low temp processed whey isolate which doesn’t cause me any bloat… even being dairy intolerant, I can use this!
Topped with all American nut butter I use between 25-30 grams (use code LEXI to save)
Directions: Bring your cashew milk to a boil, add stevia, add oats, cook for 2 min, WHISK in egg whites while the oats are cooking. Make sure to be stirring or the oats will clump, turn off and add in your fav protein powder once it’s all done! (Don’t add protein when the oats are on the burner or it will burn the protein)
Drizzle of SF Walden Farms syrup… The maple walnut one is my fav!
