Fall Inspired Squash Bowl: Sweet and Savory Combo
If you haven’t tried Delicata or Kabocha squash you're missing out on LIFE!!!
Sweet or savory is good but this combo is delish!
Perfect mix of all the macronutrients: Protein, fats, carbs
Good Culture cottage cheese or Nancy’s probiotic are my go to’s - 110 grams (1/2 cup) is 14 grams of protein
All American Vegan pumpkin almond butter (limited edition fall flavor) - I used 28 grams which is 11 fat
Kabocha squash (japanese pumpkin) or delicate are my fav - 250 grams weighed raw before air fried for both squashes is around 21 carbs
Air fried zucchini is sooo crispy
Sprinkled with cinnamon sugar (homemade with stevia & ceylon cinnamon)
-Ive also added Lions Pack pumpkin caramel cheesecake cookie dough which is just a perfect fall touch, can use any cookie dough or nut butter flavor and or can omit!
Air fry desired amount of squash & zucchini, spray with coconut oil spray then fry @400 for 18-20 min
I love this for an afternoon snack or even breakie!
This combo may sound interesting but don’t know it til yeah try it!! Sweetened zucchini is fabulous!
