Ingredients:

-110g quick cooking oats

-2 envelopes of Fat Free Nestle Hot Cocoa packets

-125g pumpkin pure (could also swap with applesauce but you can’t taste the pumpkin)

-45g protein powder (I used white chocolate peppermint PESCIENCE)

-8g SF chocolate pudding mix powder

-250g egg whites (I used egg beaters bc thats what I had on hand)

-15g HIIT Nutrition Jet Black Cocoa (diff from hershey’s brand with more of a rich, oreo flavor)

-1.5 tsp baking powder

-2 capfuls skinny syrup to sweeten (I used a mocha flavor)- or use 1 tsp vanilla extract

-Sprinkle of sea salt

Details:

-Preheat oven to 350 & spray baking dish with avocado or coconut oil spray or can also line pan with parchment paper.

-I mixed all dry ingredients and the wet in separate bowls….

-Mix together, pour into pan and bake at 350 for 20 minutes

-It might look gooey in the center still but it will still cook when it is out and sitting
