Peppermint Protein Donuts
‘Tis’ the season for all things peppermint ❤️💚
High protein, lower in fat & carb, easy to travel with and curbs that sweet tooth craving!! 🤩
Ingredients~
12 grams pancake/waffle mix- I used Lions Choice
5 grams black cocoa- hiit nutrition
26 grams @1stphorm peppermint bark protein (sub any protein) & add peppermint extract
1 tsp baking powder
4 grams sf white chocolate pudding mix
90 grams pumpkin pure
50 grams liquid egg whites
Combine all above, let batter sit for 10-15 min to thicken, spray donut pan with coconut oil spray & even out the batter in 3 donuts or 2 larger!
~ Bake at 350 for 12 minutes
~ Store in fridge, eat cold or warm up!
I made a double batch to travel with & didn’t store them in the fridge just an air tight container and they still were divine 😉
~ I’ve topped with the best, which are gourmet, handcrafted, and GF PB & AB’s!!!
