Protein Buckeyes

Protein Buckeyes
  • 1 cup All American PB (lower in fat)

  • 1 tsp liquid stevia or vanilla extract

  • 2 scoops 1st Phorm-vegan power pro

  • {Chocolate peanut butter cup protein}

  • 1 tbls almond milk

  • 2 tbls SF maple syrup {I used walden farms}

  • Lily’s dark chocolate chips {sweetened with stevia}

Directions:

-Combine PB, stevia, protein powder, almond milk, maple syrup in a bowl. Mix until the texture is like cookie dough.

-Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a spoon.. roll dough into balls.

-Place balls in freezer: 30 min or so

-While the balls are chilling.. melt dark chocolate in a bowl (20 second intervals) until it's melted. May add a tsp of coconut oil to help them melt

-Once chocolate is melted, and balls are frozen to harden a bit. Dip the balls into the chocolate until you have them coated to your desire.

Keep balls in the freezer…. .if they last that long ;)

This is a classic buckeye recipe with a twist~ adding protein powder!

For 19 balls…. 51 calories each - macros per ball (4 fat, 3 carb, 3 protein)
