Protein Energy Balls

Protein Energy Balls
  • 1 bag quick rolled oats

  • 1 bag any flavor of purely Elizabeth granola

  • 1 container of all natural PB or nut butter of choice (All American is my go to)

  • 1/2 to 1 cup honey

  • 1-2 scoops protein powder (I love the vanilla level-1)

Blend in a food processor the bag of oats & granola into flour- I pulse it to make it mimic flour

In a large mixing bowl add in whole jar of PB & the honey- stir

Then stir in “flour” mixture and combine

If too dry, add in more honey and the batter should be thick like cookie dough

After all combined is when I add a scoop of protein then chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours to firm up!

Roll into 1 inch balls and freeze!

2 balls is a serving and we like to put two into a snack bag and portion them out, keep in the freezer for up to 3 months! Let thaw a bit before eating!

Calories per ball will vary depending on size & nut butters used but should be around… 80-100 calories

(4 fat, 13 carb, 5 protein)
