Protein Cereal
Simple, pick your fav cereal… I love any flavors of the Annie’s Homegrown, ONE degree organics or Love Grown - I used about 1 serving of dry cereal.
Stir with ½ - 1 scoop protein (I prefer Vegan Power PRO or Level-1) and then once that’s combined, I like to add in “silk” brand of unsweetened cashew milk (almond milk works too) but I like the creaminess of cashew. For the milk, I use about a half cup.
Depending on the cereal you choose (about 30 grams is good), protein and milk of your choice the macros will vary.
