Protein Ice Cream: PROYO

It’s only 173 calories for the protein ice cream base (13 carbs, 3 fat, 20 protein)

The recipe:

2 (unsweetened cashew milk) ice cubes in my silicone mold - found at TJ MAXX

230 grams of ice - weighing out is very important 

2 stevia packets

10 grams of SF pudding cheesecake mix or any flavor you prefer 

2 tsp Pamela’s : not gaur not gum xanthum gum

No bloat or tummy rumbles like the reg xanthum gum thickener (Found on amazon)

32grams of 1st phorm blueberry muffin which has been my go to or vanilla milkshake! 

(Only protein that doesn’t upset my stomach)

Wet ingredients include: 

20-25 ml of skinny syrup 

60-70 ml of unsweetened cashew milk or almond milk for a total of 90-100 ml of liquid

Freeze serving bowl 1 hr prior to keep chilled when eating! Or I just wash & place the PROYO bowl back in the freezer for the night. This is a MUST so when you pour it into the bowl it doesn’t melt so fast... 

1️I blend the ice & the cashew milk ice cubes! To a snow like consistency about 30-45 seconds (food processor works best)!

2️ Add in cashew milk blend..add in all other dry ingredients for 2-3 minutes to really thicken up! 

3️If you can wait long enough....freeze blended ice-cream in already frozen bowl for another

20 -30 minutes then add toppings! SO THICK!!!!

My fav toppings start with an Hiit nutrition black cocoa swirl (5 grams) & then Lions Pack birthday cake powder PB sprinkled on top, there edible cookie dough, Lily’s dark chocolate chips or mini even baking m&m’s....
