Jello Yogurt Bowl
Step by step how I make my YOGGIE JELLO BOWL
This has been my go to snack for the past year, which I love because it's so interchangeable!
You’re able to add and subtract ingredients to fit your own macros!!
I know, I know… the combo sounds weird BUT don’t knock it til ya try it!!!
Recipe DEATZ:
The base starts with 1-2 SF strawberry jellos or flavor of choice (2 is best)
~ 100 grams of Fage 0% plain yogurt can also use Two Good Yogurts (SO GOOD)
~ 4-5 grams SF vanilla pudding mix, love that the cheesecake or butterscotch flavor
~ 1/2 TB Swerve confectioners sugar (healthy powder sugar) found at Walmart or on Amazon
~ Drops of vanilla liquid stevia
MIX & refrigerate for 15-20 min to thicken like FROSTING!
Toppings include:
~ Rice puffs (I like to add 1/2 cup for 7 carbs)
~ Frozen bloobs I LOVE but didn’t add this time
~ 5-8 grams Powder PB of any kind, Lion's Choice is my favorite or in this bowl I used Protein Cookie Butter
~ 20 - 28 grams All American Almond butters have been MY JAM!!!
Calories will vary depending on what ingredients you use/how much but mine are normally around 300 calories- macros (13 fat, 21 carb, 24 protein)
