Protein Iced Coffee

-My go to order is a sf vanilla (or any flavor but make sure its sugar free) latte iced, with skim milk (fat free) or almond milk is great too just add 3-6 grams of fat but a good dairy free alternative.

-I LOVE to add in ⅓ to ½ scoop of cinnamon cookie batter or pumpkin spice latte (seasonal fall flavor) of level-1 protein!

-You can also skip the milk that makes it a latte and just get a sf vanilla cold brew and then add in your own half and half (then I estimate logging 3-4 grams of fats per two tablespoons I add in). Both are great options!

-That protein is a whey isolate, so it doesn’t upset my stomach or cause bloating like other whey proteins. It’s processed at a low temp which enables your stomach to digest it quicker into your muscles.

-The protein dissolves and isn’t clumpy as you stir it into your coffee order, above that I mentioned!

-Gives it a creamy flavor and adds protein!

The only protein I can tolerate with a dairy allergy is : 1st phorm this link will get you free shipping :  https://1stphorm.com/?a_aid=lexigrace

Medium SF latte with skim milk and ⅓ scoop (13 grams protein) is around 109 calories- macros

For less protein and more fats (2 TB half and half w/ a cold brew & ⅓ scoop protein- macros
