Protein Frappe
You need this THICK protein frappe in your life!!
-1 to 2 cups starbucks cold brew or any cold brew you have on hand
-3 to 4 cold brew ice cubes (thickens it)
-Handful of ice cubes
-One packet of stevia
-¼ tsp Pamela Products not gar gum (causes me no bloat) or xanthum gum could thicken it as well (but that on hurts my stomach)
-1st Phorm cinnamon cookie batter protein (1 scoop adds 24 grams of protein)
-Topped with One Degree Organics cocoa rice cereal (½ cup) and 1 TB Lion Choice powder PB
Skip the cereal and the Powder Peanut Butter and there you have a HIGH protein, coffee frappe! With like 3 carbs, 24 protein and 1 fat!
