Creamy Crockpot Buffalo Chicken
-Boneless chicken breasts about 900 weighed out in grams (RAW) or you can use how many lbs you have on hand… really doesn’t matter the amount you use!
-Minced garlic (2 TB)
-1/2 cup chicken broth
-1 sweet yellow onion chopped finely
-4 tablespoons whipped greek yogurt cream cheese (or any lower fat cream cheese or whatever you prefer)
-1 to 1.5 cups of franks hot sauce (the more you add the spicier it will be)
Put all ingredients in a crockpot, EXCEPT for the cream cheese. Cook on low for 5-6 hours or until you're able to pull apart the chicken and shred it with a fork.
Once chicken is cooked and shredded, turn the heat off and stir in the cream cheese until combined, place the lid back on to steam and let cream cheese soften and mix all together.
