Protein Powderless Pancakes/Waffles

Prep these, enjoy them for a fun breakfast or brunch  and you can still stay on track!

Super simple and you can whip them up in a couple of minutes!

I don’t know if your like me, but I try and consume protein in powder for 1 time a day.. if NEED be  to hit my 115 grams a day goal, I will substitute with more protein powder to keep my body in an anabolic (fat burning state) but it's necessary to foods on whole, clean, minimally processed protein sources!

Ingredients: 

1/3 cup egg whites

1/3 cup oats

1/3 cup cottage cheese (I used 2% fat)

Add ins: cinnamon, liquid stevia drops

BLEND it all & pour onto an already heated skillet with coconut spray for pancakes and or in a waffle iron for waffles!

I topped mine with Edible Gingerbread Man cookie dough & Gingerbread Almond Butter with a drizzle of warmed sf maple walnut syrup (heat in microwave for 30 sec) & 50 grams of banana! SUCH A FAB COMBO!

Plain pancakes came out to be 202 calories- macros (3.4 fat, 20.8 carbs, 20.2 protein)
