Pumpkin Protein Bread
I am feelin all thee fall, pumpkin spice, cozy vibezzzz!!!
Not much of a baker, I would honestly rather cook but threw this bread together & it turned out perfectly!
SO macro-friendly & high protein!!
4 slices total and each one breaks down to 208 calories (1.9f/31.8c/14.2p)
Whipped up with simple ingredients I had lying around~
~ 64 grams of the limited edition pumpkin spice latte level-1 protein (2 scoops)
~ 158 ml of almond or cashew milk (2/3 cup)
~ 95 grams of pumpkin pure (6 tablespoons)
~ 1 tsp baking powder
~ 1 cup of Trader Joes pumpkin pancake/waffle mix (can use any mix you wish!)
Whisked all together, poured into a greased coconut oil spray loaf pan & baked at 350 for 25-30 min!
Checked about 15 min in, and once you fork it and no batter comes out on it, you know it’s done!
I stored mine in the fridge, covered!
