Sheet Pan Roast
This quick meal one sheet meal, packed full of flavor dinner option that is also great for meal-prep too!
Ingredients:
-3 chicken apple sausage links from Trader Joes (or sausage of choice)
-1 medium sweet yellow onion diced
-1 small bag of Cauliflower florets (about 3 cups)
-350g capped brussels sprouts
-375g mini gold potatoes
-Avocado oil spray (or can use oil but will increase fats)
-Borsari seasoning to taste (found at Whole Foods) or seasoning of choice
Details:
Preheat oven to 420.
Dice everything and place on a cookie sheet.
Spray with avocado oil and season, roast for 40 minutes, flipping everything halfway.
If not as golden brown and crispy as you wish, broil on high for 4-6 minutes!
I served ontop of spinach for extra micros and added avocado for extra fats!
