Teriyaki Turkey Stir Fry

I love a good stir fry, especially when it’s customizable to fit macros, and easy to make. Using ground turkey makes for an easy peasy meal and when you drench it with a delicious, savory teriyaki sauce, you can add rice and or use cauliflower rice for lower carbs!

Ingredients:

1 lb extra lean ground turkey (can use ground chicken or any fat content turkey)

1/2 cup G Hugh’s Teriyaki Sauce (or any brand you prefer)

700g raw broccoli

15g sesame oil

Juice of one lime

1 tsp pink salt

1/2 TB ground ginger

Everything Bagel Seasoning to taste

Green onions for garnish

Instructions:

Boil water in a pot for the broccoli, once boiling, add florets for 5 min, the drain, don’t overcook.

Saute ground turkey in a skillet with avocado/olive oil spray until browned on medium heat.

Add broccoli once it’s done with the browned turkey, pour in sauce, add seasonings and lime juice.

Dice light green part of the green onions and throw into skillet.

I added to each dinner 80-120 g of TJ frozen, then microwaved jasmine rice depending how many carbs I wanted for that meal.

Along with a handful of spinach for extra micros!

Base recipe is 1123 grams total, divided by 4 servings (each 283g) : 189 calories (5f/12c/24p)
