PB Chocolate Chip Energy Balls

A perfect, on the go, sweet treat!

Filled with healthy fats & fiber with the chia seeds and oats. Added vanilla protein to help make this more of a macro balanced snack to help with satiation. Plus, the combo of honey & PB, and you can’t forget the dark chocolate chips!!

Ingredients:

-1/4 cup honey

-1/2 cup PB

-2 cup oats

-1 tb chia seeds (optional but great source of fiber)

-1 scoop Vanilla protein

-2 TB Lily’s Dark Chocolate Baking Chips

Instructions:

Blending the oats into flour will help the mixing process, I use my vitamin, but you can also use a food processor.

Take a bowl, add in your honey and PB or nut butter of choice. Stir in “oat flour”, add chia seeds, and vanilla protein, this should be a thick cookie dough like consistency. Fold in chocolate chips, and If its too dry, add 1-2 more TB of honey or a splash of almond milk.

Refrigerate for 10-20 min to firm up. Roll into 15 balls each being 143 calories: 20c/6f/5p
