Cocoa Bar in a Jar Brownies
Gluten free, peanut free, oil free & macro friendly!
RECIPE:
50 grams black cocoa
30 grams Cocoa bar in a jar (like chocolate cocoa butter) rich & super fudgy!!
pinch of salt
1 tsp of apple cider vinegar
100 grams unsweetened apple sauce (from TJ)
100 grams swerve granulated sugar substitute
170 grams Pamela’s GF All-Purpose flour (or any flour you wish to use)
1 tsp baking powder
1/3 tsp baking soda
250 ml unsweetened cashew milk (I prefer the SILK brand)
25 grams Lily’s dark chocolate baking chips (sweetened with stevia)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Microwave CBJ brownie batter for 10-20 sec to melt the cocoa butter and make it “runny”.
Add in the apple sauce, apple cider vinegar, sugar, plant milk … stir
Add the rest of the ingredients!
Line a brownie tin or whatever you prefer with parchment paper and I sprayed it with coconut oil
BAKE for 25-30 min or until toothpick comes out clean
Cut in 9 squares like I did!
Each brownie is 129 calories- macros (3.2 fat, 23.2 carb, 2.9 protein)
