I love to switch up: fat free refried beans are SO good inside, or any veggie you have on hand!

All air fried @ 400 for 12-14 minutes with coconut oil spray. 

For some extra yumminess, I like to spread a lite laughing cow wedge or using whipped cream cheese.

Protein: You can use whatever you have on hand, turkey meat, grilled chicken, ground turkey….

Details in my wrap this time:

150 grams weighed raw of delicata squash

Lite laughing cow wedge 

Lettuce & chopped green onions to added flavor

2 oz of turkey deli deli meat

Personalize it how you like! The more you stuff inside the BETTER!


The key to making it super crispy is in a pre heated skillet:

Spread the laughing cow wedge 1st, then place everything in the center of the wrap, while folding all corners until you make a circular wrap!

Spray with butter spray or coconut oil, sprinkle sea salt & place the open part DOWN.

Press firmly with a heavy object on top or I like to use a cast iron grill press so it gets crispy. 

2-3 min browning on each side on medium heat!

Cut in half & BAM! There ya go! I like to dip in G Hugh’s marinades (2 carbs per 2 TB)!!
